Please be sure the application is filled out completely, including phone numbeRS and nameS of contact peRSONS for the last 2 years.
Please attach copies of your last 2 most recent pay check stubs. If you are self employed please provide your laSt YEAR tax return.
SIGN the credit check authorization.(BAD CREDIT OK).
Each occupant over 25 YEARS must complete an application. There is a $10.00 application fee.

INCOME IS 2.5 Times the rent of combined income
NO Evictions within last 2 years
WHAT TO EXPECT... At Time Of Application:
completed Application and $10.00 application fee.
The SECURITY Deposit/ EARNEST MONEY (payable in CASH, certified funds or money order).
ONE MONTH'S FULL rent amount (payable in CASH, certified funds or by money order).
Pet Deposit $100.00 for the first pet and $50 per ADDITIONAL pet.
GET ALL UTILITIES TRANSFERRED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

We inspect the work performed to ensure that everything is ready before you move in. We provide detailed move in forms for proper documentation of the condition of your rental.
When you sign your lease, you have a meeting with your LANDLORD to go over all parts of the lease to help ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities under the lease.
