Step 2.  Complete the application in it's entirety.

Step 3.  Fax Application to: 404) 348-4419.

Step 4.  If you choose not to fax, you may bring in person or mail to:

Step 5. If faxing application, you must pay to get the application process started. Please go to the
On-line Payment page and select "Application fee" which will direct you to Paypal to pay the $10
non-refundable application fee. You can pay using a Debit or Credit Card.
                     QUALIFICATIONS
Are you on Section 8 or receive Rental (monthly) Assistance?  If so, the
qualifications are based on your assistance amount (voucher), you will be
approved if amount is within the monthly rental.

The application fee is $10 for each adult over 25 years.  1.)  We will review
2008 & 2009 previous residential history.  If you have no history, an
eviction or foreclosures on your credit within the last 2 years… you must
pay 1 ½ times the rent for deposit.  2.)  Provide 2.5 times the monthly rent
for your income (check stubs, offer letter, child support, SSI, 1099, etc.).
3.)  Must provide a valid Driver's license & Social Security card for each
adult.
