24 HOUR MAINTENANCE CALLS (DON'T INCLUDE LABOR, MATERIALS & SUPPLIES).
COLLECT MONTHLY RENT
HANDLE ALL CALLS WITH TENANTS
QUARTERLY INSPECTIONS
START EVICTIONS PROCESS AND APPEAR IN COURT, IF NECESSARY(DON'T INCLUDE FEES).

Current Drivers License or State Issued Photo Identification
Social Security Card or Tax ID/EIN Number
Proof of Home Address (i.e. Telephone, Cable, or Utility Bill etc.)
Certified/ Notarized Copy of the Recorded Warranty Deed filed with the local county
IRS- Form W-9 (We will provide form).
Direct Deposit Information (Voided check) with completed Direct Deposit form.
