If you would like our advice and for us to meet with you to discuss in detail about our services we are always ready to give
you one hour of our time and meet with you on your property.  During this consultation period we will walk through the
property with you and offer our advice on the condition of the property.  We will also make suggestions to you on the
maintenance items you should consider.  We have found from experience, this consultation is a true benefit while you make
a decision about property management services for your property.

Our consultation service is valued at $99.00.  It is offered to you FREE OF CHARGE for this month.



Package A -  RENTAL SERVICES
If you prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your property yourself but you do not have the time or availability to
market and show vacancies on a moment's notice nor the expertise in screening or choosing a new tenant. Perhaps, this is
THE RIGHT SERVICE for you.

KYLE MANAGEMENT GROUP will handle any and all of the following:

• place a lock box outside your home
  
• take enhancing photographs of PROPERTY
  
• "OPEN HOUSE" at your property IF NOT RENTED IN 3 WEEKS
  
• Creative advertising / marketing of PROPERTY
  
• View / show vacant house
  
• RUN CREDIT REPORT on prospect
  
• Conduct residential / employment verifications
  
• Execute rental Lease agreement
  
• Conduct & Complete Move-in Inspection form with tenant
  
• Recommend required maintenance
  
• Collect Security deposit first month rent upfront
  

We then hand over the property back to you for the day-to day management.

Our fee for this service is 100% of 1st Full Month's Rent.  Payable only if we bring you a tenant.  Contract is valid for 60
days and cannot be voided or cancelled.  Landlord must provide contractor with 2 copies of keys &
*Current Mortgage Statement.  Termination fee is $250.00.

PACKAGE B -  TENANT SCREENING SERVICES
Maybe you want to show your vacancies and find your own tenant.  However if you wish to have the added assurance that
the tenant you select is thoroughly screened, qualified and verified.   Perhaps, this is THE RIGHT SERVICE for you.

KYLE MANAGEMENT GROUP will provide the following:

• Verify information on application
  
• Verify job / income
  
• Run a credit report ON 2 PROSPECTS
  
• Conduct & complete move-in inspection report with tenant
  
• Collect Security deposit and first month rent  
  

Our fee for this service is $175.00... payable 1/2 in advance.  Contract is valid for 60 days and cannot be voided or
cancelled. However if you don't find a tenant within 60 days, contract is void and balance is due for services.
***lockbox rental available for $15.00 a month***

PACKAGE C - ADVERTISE YOUR HOME ON OUR WEBSITE
Only $20.00 per month FOR EACH PROPERTY.  Email description of rental properties w/ pictures along with YOUR contact
information.
