Kyle Management Group, LLC to another level. As I began to explore the possibilities,
it became clear that this new direction had as much to do with my own direction in life
as it did my company's long-term success.
Kyle Management Group, LLC will be acquired by North Star Property Management, a
full-service property management company that shares the values and philosophy we
have embraced at Kyle Management Group, LLC.

I would personally like to thank all of you for being valued clients as we have grown
over the last 5 years. Each of you has been a special part of my life and the team at
Kyle Management Group, LLC. For me, this will be the end of my journey with Kyle
Management Group, LLC; I will be moving from here to focus on buying and managing
my own personal properties by taking advantage of the current Real Estate market.
My goal is to own 15-30 rental properties within a year. During this transition, I am
making myself available to assist with any client needs that may require my input.
